On August 26, 2011 Kelly Claar's vehicle was involved in a hit and run accident that caused damage to three cars. One was totaled, one had extensive damage and one car was moderately damaged. These cars were rear ended at a speed of 40 to 50 miles per hour without ever engaging the brakes.
Whoever was driving this vehicle did not even stop to see if the people he struck were alive or injured. Instead the moment his vehicle could be loosened from the wreckage, the driver took off.
Kelly insists that he was not driving the vehicle that evening despite the fact that he did not report it stolen, nor did he contact the police the following day to report that someone else driving his vehicle had had an accident and left the scene. He also insists that he has automobile insurance but refuses to provide this information to the people who have suffered tremendous losses as a result of this accident.
Finally in regard this incident with his vehicle, he could afford to hire a criminal attorney who has informed the police that he will be making no statement regarding this accident (nor has he provided then with insurance information).
If Kelly Claar can injure this many people and take no responsibility, it would be ludicrous to do business with these company as you will have NO recourse whatsoever should they damage your property or yourself in the course of trimming your trees.
Avoid them at all costs.
